I am looking for strong and enduring individuals who can go above and beyond in customer service. Getting work depends on getting good reviews and being super efficient on the job. We are always moving and always aim to get the job done in a good amount of time. Potential hires must: - be in shape - easily lift 25-50lbs objects multiple times - not smoke - be able to use a dolly/hand-truck - meet at desired location with their own transportation (unless you live close enough to me to pick you up) - never be rude or combative with the customer - handle customer belongings with care - be able to climb stairs repeatedly if need be - stand and walk for long periods of time with as little breaks as possible If the day is long, I pay for lunch. Tips are split evenly between everyone working the job that day. The average tip amount is about $20 each helper. You will always get the two hour minimum if I call you up for work. $40 GUARANTEED plus potential tip. You will be helping me load trucks, unload trucks, rearrange furniture, assembling furniture, and many other laborious activities until the customer confirms that the job is done. This job is super easy and perfect for anyone who wants to make some cash on the side. Be aware though, if selected, do not treat this job as your primary source of income to sustain your life, this is supposed to be a side hustle to bring in extra cash and that is it. There are no minimum hours per week and the jobs come in as I get the calls so one week could have 2 jobs and the next week could be 2 jobs every day for four days straight. I would say that I do about 3-5 jobs a week between myself and my other crews and each job is about 2 to 4 hours. If you have any past experience moving, that is a HUGE plus. --- If you already have a full time or part time gig, this may not work for you because work comes in at any moment and I may need you on short notice.
