Job Description
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
• Build cabinets, furniture, doors, frames and architectural elements to the highest quality;
• Operate woodworking machinery and power tools for the fabrication of our products;
• Accurately interpret and work from plans and fabrication drawings;
• Coordinate progress and quality with the Production Manager;
• Follows established Company and OSHA safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment;
• Utilizes knowledge of lumber grades and wood so as to select appropriate materials and evaluate it for any defects;
• Ability to manage and move between multiple projects with ease;
• Effectively works with co-workers and managers to construct assigned projects from start to completion.

Job Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• High school diploma or GED AND minimum of two years of hands-on building and cabinetmaking experience and/or laminate experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have experience using large equipment such as: table saws, shapers, routers, drill press
• Must have a personal tool kit including: measuring tools, drill with a full set of drill bits and drivers and small hand tools
• Ability to fabricate product to specifications
• Must be able to effectively communicate with managers and team members
• High attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to attend work from 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM each day
• Willingness to work overtime when needed, including some weekends
• Must be organized and punctual
• Bilingual a plus
