hi world, been assembling a band of musicians with the goal of performing my original compositions live. I write songs with music and lyrics and have recorded many in my basement. my primary instrument is guitar, but have experience with singing screaming playing bass and drums and engineering and recording and mixing. seeking a second guitarist, would be truly enriched with any backup singing/screaming abilities. it would be love to perform these songs in live venues in Philadelphia as a full band. less interested in fame and fortune than with playing a solid live set supporting hometown and touring musicians. less interested in merchandise and t-shirt sales than supporting a decent sounding record and celebrating the collaboration and creativity amongst like minded individuals in a live performance environment. by no means asking anyone to give up their own dreams or quit their job or alter their life in some irrational way to support my art; in fact, I recognize that giving lip service to individualism and independent musicians, then turning around and asking for musicians to support my voice might even seem hypocritical. would love to just listen and engage with anyone who is looking to play some rock/scream/pop, loves playing live and lives in and around the Philadelphia area. usually practice on Sundays. <3
