Full-time maintenance and new construction
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and MUST be able to drive
Ability to pass a credit/background check
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry
Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to)
1. Prepare rental properties between tenants – including painting, cleaning, or even demo for make-readies and oversee vendors.
2. Perform rental inspections of rental units for planning and scheduling purposes.
3. Complete assigned service requests for general repairs for our residents.
4. Communicate with tenants regarding their work orders as needed.
5. General Grounds keeping including custodial dutes, snow removal, maintain landscaping beds, trimming of bushes and trees, weed control, maintain pet care stations, etc.
6. Help with routine maintenance of properties such as quarterly filter changes.
7. Diagnose and perform installation, preventative maintenance and/or repair of rental properties including electrical and plumbing repair, HVAC systems, appliances, cabinetry, tile, carpet and flooring, walls and doors/locks.
8. New construction site clean-up as needed.
9. Assist maintenance supervisor or construction supervisor at different job locations.
10. Perform work or schedule contractors for homeowner warranty repairs.
11. Drive trucks to the landfill as needed.
