Seeking short-term

I am planning a proposal for my significant other in mid-October (weekend evenings/nights, date flexible). I am looking for a private, picturesque, preferably outdoor location such as a rooftop, balcony or patio to rent short-term for a few hours one night. I would like to have some friends arrive first, set up lights and flowers, get in and pop the question, and then pack up and leave, all within about 2 hours. Ideally, the space might have a city view, fall foliage, exposed brick, etc. (classic New England fall-type appearance). Anywhere in the Boston area is great. Many people do this similarly in parks and other public spaces, but I am hoping for a more private setting with less potential for plans going awry. I realize this is a niche request, so any offers or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
