Full time Seasonal Role to include Winter Snow Operations Job Function Develop and maintain outdoor spaces by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of our outstanding commercial and residential client’s properties. Ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping essentials. Learn the trade, tools, equipment, safety guidelines, and the Landscape America way. Responsibilities • Prepare given tasks by the foreman on client’s properties diligently, efficiently, and to Landscape America’s quality standard. • Cutting turf, trimming, edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment. • Pruning shrubs and trees with proper tools, equipment, and techniques. • Creating and maintaining planting beds and applying mulch. • Performing weeding by hand or using proper hand tools. • Picking up trash and debris. • Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with employees and customers. Ideal Candidate • Experience is preferred but not necessary. • Learn and follow foreman, safety guidelines, and company procedures. • Work well with multiple crews daily. • Reliable and have a positive attitude. Requirements • Driver’s license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card (Preferred) • E-Verify • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Reliable transportation • Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours a day • Ability to lift 40 lbs. • Positive attitude • Team player Salary & Benefits: • Wage is based on experience: Starting at $15-$19 per hour • 7 paid holidays • Paid time off • MA sick time • Health/ dental insurance benefits • Simple IRA (with a 3% match) • Quarterly Bonuses • Reimbursement for Educational Classes
