I have two bathrooms that are each getting some LIGHT remodeling. BATH ONE: remove toilet, vanity, tub and tile around tub. Install new tub and install acrylic shower walls. Install vinyl plank on floor and reinstall a new vanity (in same location) and toilet. BATH TWO: Remove vanity and toilet. (leave existing shower and walls) Install vinyl plank on floor. Install new vanity in same location. No painting. No lights. As you can see VERY light remodel overall. I've got a budget of about $1400 to complete these two labor only.
