The Cloisters in DeLand, FL is taking applications for Property Attendants. Must be able to speak English, answer the phones, from 5pm to 8am. Assist residents, check in visitors, light maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, and other duties as required. Must be able to walk periodically, tour building and grounds secure windows and doors. Alert/Staff & the Fire Dept. in Emergencies. Submit daily written report during tour of duty. Must be able to use a two-way radio. Sign on bonus $150.00. Must pass a drug test, health physical, background fingerprinting, & criminal check. Drug Free Workplace, EOE. Pay is $13.00 per hour. 8 hour shifts, 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must have weekend and holiday, availability.
