Lawn mower trouble

So I went to mow my lawn the other day. Got about 20 feet and then poof! Huge puff of white smoke comes outta my riding mower. Now I'm not mechanically inept. I've just never worked on much this small. The carb has been cleaned recently, and yes it has the correct level and type of oil in it. I'm thinking its a gasket somewhere? Any help is appreciated.
