We are SSI Investigative and Training Services. The following is a brief description of classes being offered in Maryland area next month. Our instructors are NRA/MD certified. If interested in participating, please reply by email. Wear and Carry (10/30/21-10/31/21, 2 day 16 hours - $249.00) Wear and Carry training is a 16 hour block of instruction which includes classroom instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation and also how to safely operate a firearm. HQL (11/6 and 11/7/21, 4 hours per day plus a qualifying shoot - $125.00) Handgun Qualification License training is a four-hour block of instruction which includes classroom instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a component that requires the applicant demonstrate the ability to safely fire a handgun. Both classes are intended to instill in you good habits and practices associated with responsible gun ownership. We can also assist with information on employment related certifications and renewals.
