All Star Labor & Staffing is recruiting for multiple Property Maintenance Technicians for a state-of-the-art student housing complex located in Corvallis. General apartment maintenance, building knowledge, carpet/laminate, fixture cleaning/repairing, doorknob repair/replacement, painting, and flipping of apartment experience is preferred. Will also entail a lot of pressure washing and fall leaf clean-up. May be asked to go into occupied apartments to change smoke detector batteries or do a quick fix on HVAC and plumbing issues. Certifications and at least 6 months to a year of experience are helpful but not required. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with weekends and overtime offered. Wage $15-$18/hr or DOE This is a temp-to-hire position with full benefits and a pay increase once hired on.
