Block Wall for Garden Planter

I'm looking for someone to build a planter out of block wall. The planter will be 20 feet long by 4 feet wide. It will need a concrete footing and rebar for stability. It will need flat cap blocks on the top. Please give me a price in your estimate. Pictures of previous work are appreciated. The picture is approximately what the shape will look like.
