Supervisor position Must have previous property preservation experience including bidding, winterizations, lock changes, roof tarping, etc. All tools and supplies are provided by the company. 2019 take home company vehicle provided as well as gas card and company phone. Must be able to work on your own and be a self starter. Will be responsible for running a crew on larger repair orders as well. This includes drywalling, roofing, basement waterproofing, etc. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to be insured through the company insurance. This is a Monday through Friday position with some weekend work required based off of work load. Weekly overtime available every week. Work stays steady through the winter as well. Assistant position Will assist a supervisor or lead on day to day jobs including grass cuts, clean outs, snow removals, tree and shrub trimmings, lock changes, maid services, and other tasks. Drivers license not required but helpful. Will train for the assistant position. Need 2 people ASAP to start training. This is steady work year round.
