Snow clearing for winter to assist disabled household

I am seeking a responsible individual or company that is willing to commit to assisting a household with two disabled persons with limited incomes (social security) with snow clearing for the winter. We live in a mobile home park and as such, there is no room for a snow plow truck to place snow and it will be necessary to use a snow blower. The parking area is 3 cars wide, with a patch of grass taking up half of one of the spots that is generally used to pile the snow. The overall size of the area is approximately 25 feet by 40 feet. There is a ramp and a deck leading to the front door. The deck is 8 feet by 8 feet and the ramp is approximately 30 feet long and 3 feet wide.
