Skills Ticket Agent, Ticket Collector, Tickets Cashier, Event Operations, Event Staff, Event Production Payment Hourly Rate: $15.00 Address The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center 100 Station Avenue Oaks, PA 19456 Date and Time Saturday, October 2nd - 7:30pm-6:30pm Sunday, October 3rd - 7:30pm-6:30pm **Half Day Shifts available Gig Details -Provide outstanding service to the families that attend our shows -Have a positive, helpful, outgoing attitude -Take on a specific role as Ticketing Agent but is willing to move to additional roles, such as greeting, cashier, if needed -Assist with the upkeep, restock, and other duties of Ticketing Agent -Be on their feet and moving for long hours -Exhibit a willingness to receive and execute directions -Use simple technology We require our staff to be professional and courteous while working one of our events. In regards to dress, we request that clothing be neat and tidy (no holes, rips, or stains) and that footwear be comfortable and no open-toed shoes be worn. We also highly recommend against any sort of lifts or heels. There should be no inappropriate or offensive writing or symbols visible on the clothing - this is a family event. The majority of ticket holders are children. Ticketing Agents must come ready to change into an event t-shirt, which we will supply to them. This event t-shirt must be worn for the duration of their time working the event. Emails will be sent before the event with specific information and FAQs.
