Our team is growing, and we are searching for talented people to add to our amazing paint crew! No previous painting experience is required to apply, and if you join our business, we will train you to paint like a pro. The ideal applicant will understand the importance of organization, have a can do attitude, and be willing to work hard every day to serve our wonderful clients. Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm and the day one starting wage is $15/hr for everyone. After the day one "try out" we will determine a full-time wage which can range from $17-$20+/hr depending on previous experience and level of commitment. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we already have a good mix of painters from all different backgrounds on the team. Applicants must be: -Non-smoker -Non-alcoholic -Legal to work in the US -Must have your own, reliable transportation -Must be willing to be coach-able -Must show up 5 minutes early to work every day, in uniform -Must organize and clean up before leaving the job for the day -Must be respectful to customers and other team members alike -Must have integrity and exude a service oriented attitude Our team is like a family, and we are proud of the service that we provide to the Asheville community.
