Full time, year round work for the right person. Work days are Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun. Work hours are from 5 am to 1:30 pm. Days off are Wed and Thur. Rate of pay is $15.00 hr. The Facility Maintenance Assistant works within the building services department which is responsible for providing quality maintenance and minor repair services. Under the direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager, the Facility Maintenance Assistant works independently as a skilled generalist and performs a variety of skilled preventive and general maintenance repair, construction, renovation and janitorial work on and around the facility. Duties include but not limited to cleaning of pool areas, tennis courts, patio and clubhouse areas. Ability to lift 70+ lbs., drive a gas powered golf cart and have simple knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, power and hand tools such as drills, skill saws, gas powered equipment such as blowers, weed eaters and generators.
