Job description Must be experienced in restoration and remodels, including, but not limited to: Drywall, Carpentry, Plumbing, Door installations, Deck repairs, Framing, Light electrical, Flooring installation, especially carpet and LVP, Mill work. If you are adept at a little bit of everything then this is the job for you. Desired skills: - Strong knowledge in all aspects of home repairs, maintenance improvements and excellent problem solving skills - Work inside a schedule/deadline - Ability to accurately estimate labor & material - Appropriately handle change orders is a real plus - You must have a minimum of 3 years paid professional experience to be considered for a lead position. - The right candidates must own basic tools required for this line of work. - Valid DRIVER'S LICENSE - Customer service oriented - Great communication skills - Team player We also have opportunities for general skilled laborers.
