MtronPTI is looking for a temporary Maintenance Technician that could perform various plant maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks around the facility. This assignment is for a period of 2 weeks, but it could be extended, based on performance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs various construction tasks including drywall patches, tile, drop ceilings, painting, moving, etc. • Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as filter changes, equipment cleaning, etc. • Performs outside cleaning such as pressure washing, and trash pick up • Performs painting of facility structures outside and inside • Changes light bulbs • Cleans and waxes floors • Improves landscaping as directed • General cleanup actions throughout manufacturing plant • Takes direction from supervisor and other team members Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Good communication skills. • Ability to speak English clearly. • Able to troubleshoot production equipment to find root cause and repair. • Organized and reliable. • Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds Education, Experience and Training: • GED or High School diploma with some relevant technical training. • Quick learner Physical Requirements & Working Environment: • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Work environment will be both inside and outside as needed based upon projects required If you are interested, please send your resume.
