Job Responsibilities Sets up and operates all Aluminum machines and provides line support according to standard operating procedures Uses all safety equipment on machinery as well as all personal protective equipment properly Fills out quality tags, production reports, finished product sheets, and tracking sheets accurately Performs machine inspection for all Aluminum equipment and troubleshoots wire and/or machine problems Operates the control panel for the cutters, draw benches, and extrusion press and understands all emergency stops Operates solvent system Respools on reel machine Operates material handling equipment Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months of related experience and/or training Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization Ability to calculate figures and amounts Ability to apply the concept of basic algebra and geometry Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds ** to Schedule Your On-Site Interview!**
