Janitor/Maintenance Full-Time Position Wednesday-Sunday 4pm-12am This position is located at Ya-Po-Ah Terrace Retirement Apartments (Manor Management Services) 350 Pearl Street Eugene, OR 97401 Union Position (Full Benefits when Eligible) Paid vacation, sick and personal leave Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401k retirement plan Occasional cookies, brownies, and other treats baked by grateful residents 1-year Experience in Janitorial and or Maintenance Preferred Description~ -Closes building -Maintain the campus grounds -Provide snow and trash removal -Troubleshoot equipment -Prepares for various activities -Checks garbage rooms for cleanliness/Recycling -Shampoos carpets when needed -Maintains surviellence -Responds to fire or smoke alarm signals -Maintains rapport with residents and knowledge of their quality of life, physical and mental condition, and behavior. -And much more...
