We have several tasks including (plumbing Painting and electrical) that needs to be done. 1. We want someone to put all new face plates on plugs and switches. 2. Need to fix the door knobs which are not closing the doors. 3. Change the missing bulbs, install door knobs, locks and doors, hang photo frames on the wall.. 4. Fix the leaking in the fountains and pool 5. Put new Malibu lights all over the house. 6. Touch up the outside Windows. Fix and Paint railing. Must have experience and must own tools and truck.
