JOB SUMMARY: The housekeeper is responsible for performing a number of cleaning duties in assigned areas which may include resident apartments, and common areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Clean resident apartment or rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with community and health standards, and according to resident preferences. * Vacuums and mops floors using appropriate cleaning supplies and disinfectants. * May perform deep cleans which would include cleaning windows, draperies, vents, washing walls, door panels, window sills, and other areas as assigned. * Stocks bathroom and cleaning supplies in carts and appropriate areas ensuring that everything is stored and labeled correctly. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 3-6 months of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour + full benefits & bonus! COVID-19 considerations: Health screening done daily. Personal protective equipment provided. All team members must have COVID vaccination with at least one dose complete before start date.
