Description

This is a full time position with hours Monday through Friday. Plus requires phone service for periodic on call responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping and apartment prep. Job Requirements: • A High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum one year experience as a Maintenance Technician at a residential property with multi-unit, multi building • HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar certifications preferred, but not required • Ability to multi-task, maintain inventory, meet deadlines, excellent customer service and organizational skills • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more (snow removal/appliance install, etc.) • Ability to travel between properties by walking or driving as needed on a daily basis • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Must live within 15 minutes of the property, hold a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insurable • Provide own general maintenance tools
