Looking for my Nanday Conure - Petrie

I'm searching for my Nanday Conure that I rehomed early - mid 2019. I called him a he, but I don't know the sex for sure. His name was Petrie and he could say "step up" and make kissy noises. I raised him from 3 weeks old so he was as nice as could be, at least when I had him of course. I rehomed him to a man named Jon in the Seffner area who had him in an aviary in his back yard. I had talked to him about taking Petrie back and had always told him that if he became too much for him, to contact me before re-homing or anything. When I wrote him that I was ready to take him back, he told me he had re-homed him already. He sadly didn't keep the person's number or any other information so I'm grasping at straws to find him at this point. I rehomed him with a large grey cage and a smaller beige cage with a brown detachable bottom. I stupidly never wrote his band number down, but I have attached a close up of a picture I have that shows a couple digits which look like 8J. Thank you to anyone who might know where he is.
