Hello! We are a small event planning company, we specialize in luxury curated picnics. We are looking to hire some helpers that are available on-call to help on the days we have events, mostly on weekends but sometimes we have events during the week as well. We need someone who can meet us at the event's location, help us load and unload props from truck. Sometimes we will need the person to meet us at the storage unit in Valley Village at the end of the event and helps us put everything away. The hourly rate would be between 16-20 an hour depending on the job. The miles from the Event to Storage will be reinsured to you, as well as any other pick ups we request you to do. Sometimes we will require you to help us load the truck and then stay available and in the area while the event is taking place ( between 3-4 hours) in case anything comes up. For those hours you will be compensated $13 per hour.
