Commercial Office Services company looking for Crew Leader with the following: Skills to include but not limited to: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must have the ability deal with people in all levels of the organization (admins to CEO). • Ability to schedule and organize tasks based on client needs and project constraints. • Excellent time management skills to start and complete multiple layers of tasks concurrently. • Strong attention to detail. • Willingness to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and possibly some holidays. Experience to include but not limited to: • Move furniture, appliances, and equipment. • Move computers and electronic equipment as directed. • Move art objects and displays. • Set-up and remove seating and equipment for special events. • Distribute goods to and from salvage, storage, surplus, and central receiving. • Assemble and install various types of office furniture. • May maintain vehicles and moving equipment. • May operate forklift. • May assist in grounds maintenance/construction operations. Candidate must have valid Driver License Required experience: • Project Management: 1 year
