Landscape Crew Leader: - Our Crew Leader will work with both our turf maintenance team and our landscaping team. The Crew Leader r will be responsible for completing jobs on the schedule and ensuring client satisfaction at completion. Responsibilities: - Working with our weekly maintenance turf team (residential & commercial property routes) - Mowing, Edging, Pruning, Leaf Removal, Applying Turf Applications - Working with our landscape team on specific jobs - Mulching, Pruning, Sodding, Landscape Installs & More - Quality control of scheduled jobs - Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner & clients are satisfied Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license (clean driving record - so can be on the company insurance) - Ability to drive a truck with an attached trailer - 1-3 + years of landscape & maintenance experience including but not limited to: Turf maintenance (weekly routes), leaf removal, pruning, landscape installs, mulching & sodding ***A bonus (more pay opportunity if capabilities include): *** operating a dingo/bobcat, mini-excavator, grading, hardscape install, drainage solutions, turf renovation & turf management, sodding, landscape install, outdoor lighting & more Benefits: - Competitive Pay ($18-$22 an hour) - Quarterly Bonus - Paid Time Off - Opportunity for Growth & Pay Increase - Great Company Culture
