Requirements:
- 1 year of experience (preferred)
- Valid MA Drivers License
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members & management
- Leadership skills
- Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Manage the time and efficiency of crew on any job site.
- Work as a team as it pertains to each job and crew member.
- Operate company trucks to and from job sites, some with trailer
- Operate power equipment relevant to the landscaping industry
Pay:
$16-$20 hourly
