Handy man needed for maintanance

Description

We are a small fitness school that has some Maintance items that need to be taken care of. Must be able to work alone and handle the tasks at hand to complete the items. All items are basic and supplies,paint,material will be provided by company. Handy man needs basic hand tools to get the items done. An example of items as follow: 1) remove shelves,fill holes and paint 2 walls. 2) hang 2 dry erase boards in a classroom. 3) relocate a projector screen. 4) relocate projector ceiling mount bracket and chords. Hang projector ceiling mount tile in new classroom. 5) remove ceiling fan and convert to outlet for projector. 6) repair door stop. If time permits we can replace some ceiling bulbs and any other items.
