MAINTENANCE WORKER FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX COMMUNITY

Description

• Looking for a general knowledge of apartment maintenance for a 100 apartment units. • You will be responsible for the upkeep of a property which includes making ready apartments, running work order tickets, plumbing, clearing ac pipes, on-call maintenance emergencies and conducting other assigned projects. • Preventative maintenance projects to be scheduled and completed in a timely manner • Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.) • Complete all manner of service requests in a timely manner (normally within 24 hours) including but not limited to plumbing, heating, key & lock, painting, landscaping, glass/window screen repair & replacement, appliance repair, etc. • Keep curb appeal at the highest level daily by removing all trash. • 4 or more years of experience • Transportation required.
