This Meditation Workshop will offer participants an introduction to meditation and its benefits.
Meditation allows us to to get at the root of an issue, to undo some of our habitual mind grooves. This workshop will provide you with an understanding of meditation: why we meditate, and also the importance of set up. You'll learn the importance of meditation posture, and also how to create a relaxed mind and body. Then you'll practice meditation.
Join certified yoga instructor Lora Vahlsing for either beginning this process, or if you're already a meditator and are looking for ways to fine tune.

There is plenty of street parking close to the building.
What can I bring into the event?
Yoga mat (studio has some available if you don't have one), water, eye pillow (if you have one). Paper and pens if you need to take notes.
