60 min casual introduction to deeper breathing, playful balancing, & trying mindfulness.
Stop by Lion's Pride Wellness Center on October 10th at 9am to recenter, participate in community and explore the renovated space. Class will include the basics of breathing deeper and maintaining awareness as well as practicing static and dynamic balancing. Class size is limited so please RSVP. Pay what what you can at class.
