Thanksgiving Giveaway Community members can drive by and pick up your "Grateful Gift," which includes a grocery store gift card and other giveaways in preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday. You must register for this event by selecting ONLY ONE time slot for pick-up. Walk-ups will not be accepted. This is charity event for those less fortunate. There is a limit of one Grateful Gift per household. Advocacy Division The Institute for HEALing's Advocacy Division has a mission of providing support to the community through free services. The Grateful Giveaway is one way that we fight food insecurity and say "thank you" to our community for supporting us as we do the important work of healing...one person at a time. The Institute for HEALing, LLC (iHEAL) is a wellness agency dedicated to holistic health and growth. Based in Owings Mills, we offer a variety of services all aimed at creating a healthier, more culturally-sensitive society. ​ Accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC), we treat individuals from a diversity of ages, races/ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, classes, nationalities, and abilities.    Our mission is to provide culturally-sensitive and comprehensive wellness services for individuals and communities.    The vision for our Leadership Division is to offer training and consultation services to professionals, community advocates, and businesses.
