Our co-op is looking to retain a super to help maintain heating, water and general maintenance issues in our building. Must haves: - Lives in or near Prospect Heights - 10+ years experience with similar sized NYC buildings - Detailed knowledge and experience with boilers, electrical, and structural - Proactive communicator - Comfortable using apps on phone - 2-3 solid references - Works with an expansive network of contractors, locksmiths, craftsmen, etc.
