****FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE**** The primary role of Sani-Restore Cleaning Technician is to drive to locations within the New England area, and provide pressure washing and deep cleaning of client restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and Citron products. Skills & Knowledge Required • Good communication and excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work independently, assist other technicians, and follow instructions. • Install products and devices per the manual directions. • Basic knowledge of the major routes in MA, RI, CT, Southern NH and ME. • Ability to diagnose and solve problems. • Perform scheduled power washing/deep cleaning using commercial-grade top of the line portable machines • Follow routing guidelines as established by the Service Manager • Perform consistent and professional scheduled service of customers’ restrooms on a regular basis • Ability to pass a Dept. of Transportation physical (CDL not required). • Comply with, and respect all customer policies and procedures. • Observe and follow all company health & safety rules and policies • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Knowledge of city roads is considered an asset; • Full clean driver’s license and abstract; • One (1) to three (3) years of driving / delivery experience; • Experience with using a Kaivac machine considered an asset • Ability to communicate effectively with the customer; • Good communication, organizational, administrative and time management skills; • A genuine aim-to-please attitude; • A positive attitude; • Passion for customer service Working Conditions • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.; • Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours; • Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress. • Required to use chemicals and aerosols Excellent Benefits Package Include: • Company paid health & dental plan options • 401k plan with employer match provision • Longer term disability & life insurance coverage • Competitive voluntary benefits • Paid sick and vacation time • Paid holidays We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
