SELF STORAGE CARETAKER Part time CARETAKER for Self-Storage center in Newton Our company is an industry leader in self-storage. Exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer oriented, mechanically inclined individual. We are looking for an individual to complete general maintenance, cleaning, grounds keeping and property checks at our self-storage center. Outline: • 15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule • Paid vacation • Pay is negotiable and based on experience Qualities we seek: • Work experience in caretaking, cleaning, janitorial or light maintenance • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use required tools • Ability to operate machinery used in caretaking • Comfortable interacting with the general public by representing our company in a professional manner • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Dependable • Organized • Detail-oriented • Positive attitude Other Job Requirements: • Able to respond onsite to emergency or security issues • Lifting unit doors, etc. up to 50 lbs. • Bending, pushing, pulling • Other duties as assigned Please submit resume and cover letter.
