Fall Forest Bathing Walk with Jacqueline GeroOctober 13th, 2021 at 1:00 pm - 3:30 pmOn this Fall Forest Bathing Walk, we will engage all of our senses, through guided meditation, and a series of mindful, creative and unique invitations that assist us to connect deeply with nature. As we walk softly along the wooded trail, we take time to breathe, relax and notice the glorious sights, smells, sounds and lush textures of the autumn forest. This event is free - however, space is limited and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please press the green "Register" button at the top right of this event page to register. Please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Bring drinking water and a snack Meet at the Mount Greylock Visitor Center at 30 Rockwell Road, Lanesborough, MA 01237. Rain cancels. Meet your guide: Jacqueline Gero is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership.
