Let's make homemade pretzels and drink beer together!
Join Joy the Baker at Miel Brewery & Taproom for our first ever pretzel class at a brewery! We're ringing in Oktoberfest the right way...with homemade soft pretzels, all the dipping sauces and, of course, plenty of beer.
Ticket cost includes a pretzel making class taught by Joy, a 16 oz. pour of Miel's latest Oktoberfest brew, beer cheese and mustard dipping sauces plus four freshly baked pretzels to take home with you.
Class ends at noon, but you'll want to stick around for a while after while Joy bakes off your fresh pretzels in batches.
Joy Wilson is a self-taught baker, turned professional baker, turned food photographer and cookbook author.
