This session provides an overview of benefits you may have earned and provide information on services and programs that will assist you with your transition to civilian life. PrerequisitesWRR members: Completion of MOODLE "MCRDSD TRS Intake 2021" curriculum is required in order to enroll into the pre-separation/transition counseling. Local Commands: The following items must be completed and confirmed by your UTC before enrolling into the pre-separation/transition counseling. -Initiated and signed eForm DD2648 - Completed Self-Assessment/Individual Transition Plan - Registered to eBenefits Premium Dashboard - Retrieved a copy of Unofficial Joint Service Transcript (JST) - Retrieved a copy of Verification of Military Experience (VMET) - Retrieved a copy of O*Net Interest Profiler **Please bring a copy of eForm DD2648, Self-Assessment, and a screen shot of eBenefits.
