Perfect for a composer, video artist, editor, mixing engineer, sound artist, string quartet, jazz combo, or instrumentalist. Drumset in studio available for use. No smoking. Limited storage. Evenings after 6:30 pm (after 5:00 Saturday and Sunday) available at $200 for one night/ $300 for two. Minimum three months rental. Two months security deposit required.
