Childbirth Prep~Hosted by Pregnancy Resources of Abilene This FREE 4-hour class is taught by a registered childbirth instructor and is geared for those in their third trimester, but those in their second trimester are welcome. November and December due dates are given priority. Reservations are required and are on a first come, first served basis. ~TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE: Labor stages, comfort techniques, medical procedures, C-section, newborns and post partum. ***Due to covid-19, we are limiting to 8 clients with one support person each and no children are allowed. Please bring a mask and or face cover. ***We will provide Chick-Fil-a box lunches and individually wrapped snacks. ***If you are able to, please arrive at 11:30 to fill out paperwork and grab your boxed lunch as we will start the course at noon. ***If for any reason you are unable to make it to the class, will you make those seats available again for others by canceling your registration or emailing [email protected]? *If you are not bringing a support person, please let Kristen know by contacting her at (325)701-7999 or [email protected] so we can adjust our numbers.
