Anxiety and depression can hit pretty hard at times. Join us as we talk about mental health awareness, self-care, and how to overcome. Hi, we are One Belief organization! We are a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting mental health awareness, self-care, positive affirmations, conflict resolution, and social-emotional learning. One Belief Organization has partnered with The Elevated Experience and we are excited to bring you a different kind of brunch experience. Our panel of mental health advocates and non profit businesses will be talking about positive ways to address your mental health. We are excited to host our annual mental health awareness dinner except for this year it will be a brunch! Join us this October 17th as we talk about mental health awareness, suicide prevention, domestic violence, traumas, triggers, and overcoming all hardships, and overall mental wellness. We will have a speakers panel. Brunch will be served and is included with the ticket. We will also have grab bags as well!
