TREC Legal Update I TREC Legal Update I | 8:30am - 12:30pm Check-In at 8:15am Lunch is included and will be served at 12:30pm between Legal I and Legal II. This seminar is a statute and rule update, with particular emphasis on statutory revisions coming out of the 2019 sessions of the Texas Legislature. Statutory changes discussed include revisions to Chapter 1101 of the Occupations Code regarding equitable interests in real property and mandatory changes to regulations governing advertising for brokers or salespersons.
