Seeking a laborer for general real estate, renovation, and property maintenance work. The work will be located primarily in the Naples, NY area. Reliable transportation is absolutely essential. You must have your own transportation to and from the job, and access to basic hand tools is helpful. Duties may include, but not limited to; Apartment clean outs, mowing and landscape work, general project clean up, moving furniture and appliances, leaf raking, leaf blowing (in the fall), interior prep and painting, demolition assistance, moving materials, etc.. Some days are very easy, some are more challenging as with life. We can start on a part time basis, and grow from there. We are somewhat flexible, but do need consistency and require a reliable person that shows up on time, as agreed to. Smoking on the job is not permitted, nor are alcohol or any recreational drugs.
