ESDC presents its 13th annual ¡Buen Provecho! Taste of Pilsen ¡Buen Provecho! Taste of Pilsen ticket holders will have four hours to make their rounds to participating restaurants on 18th St. Get ready to take the 13th annual restaurant tour to sample a signature tasting from over a dozen beloved restaurants and newer locales. Once again, ESDC is highlighting the neighborhood's unique culture and diversity while letting people know to buy, dine or just "SHOP PILSEN" in accordance to the mask mandate or COVID-19 guidelines. ESDC has delivered technical and financial assistance to over 1,000 businesses and entrepreneurs in the Pilsen community, helping to retain more than 1,000 existing jobs and create at least 500 new ones.
