Part-Time PCA and Back-Ups Needed ASAP! Hello! I'm a 37-year old woman who has Spina Bifida as her primary disability, among other conditions. Actively seeking reliable/trustworthy part-time and back-up PCA(s), who have excellent communication skills to work in Walpole, Ma To receive an application and interview date, please submit your resume via attachment and in the email body, tell me a little about yourself. Tasks Include: -Bathing -Skin Care/Maintenance -Dressing/Undressing -Shopping and Other Errands (i.e. Post office, CVS etc.) -Medication management/reminders -Some toileting & grooming -Cooking and Meal Prep/Plan -Various Household Chores (Laundry, Cleaning/Organization etc.) -Some doctor's appointments (depending on what type) -Other small tasks as needed Days/Hours: Daily Assistance and back up needed. 27 hours/week maximum total allotted. Current Work Schedule: Daily assistance needed. Varying shifts available, 3-4 hours each. M-F 6:30-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 1-4pm. Flexible schedule strongly preferred. Pay Rate: $15.40/hr., bi-weekly. Payroll Company: Tempus Unlimited Inc; Dates/timesheets provided! **Applicant Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency & Valid Social Security Number. • Primary/Native Language: English. • Transportation: Car. • Must physically be able to complete all tasks.
