We are looking for a few skilled construction staff with varying levels of experience. We are a large project remodel firm and do some new construction. You do not need to be a licensed general contractor. The ideal candidates will have experience in demo, remodeling, framing, setting cabinets, wood working and other construction experience. You do not need to own all of your own equipment. You do need a valid drivers license, a reliable car and to show up per the schedule. We are a drug free workplace. These individuals will need to be able to follow instructions, read drawings, work on their own and have an eye for detail. We offer some of the highest wages in the industry, even prior to Covid. We offer our employees performance bonuses by project. Pay will depend on experience levels, skillsets and effort. We prefer hiring local to Birch Bay, Lynden or Ferndale areas to reduce the commute for staff. All of our projects are in Blaine or Birch Bay.
