At our free event have fun, do some wonderful holiday gift shopping. We’ll have a variety of vendors, drinks, snacks, & opportunity drawings We're raising funds for Wreaths Across America through: * Fees for vendors * Sales of water and snacks * Tickets to opportunity drawings We will donate the net proceeds of this event to Wreaths Across America to purchase wreaths. Wreaths Across America is on a mission to REMEMBER those who’ve served in the military, HONOR their service and sacrifice, and TEACH others to do the same. Each December, wreaths are laid at gravesites at National Cemeteries across all 50 states. On 12/18/2021 some of our members will lay wreaths at Miramar National Cemetery. We’ll have a booth at the Holiday Showcase. Mira Mesa Women’s Club is a 501C3 non-profit Mira Mesa Women’s Club has been dedicated to community improvement for 43 years, by fundraising and hands-on projects that provide immediate impact. With a grassroots approach that often thinks locally but impacts globally, we’re a force for global good and empowerment.   A few of our projects include: awarding scholarships to graduating seniors, making comfort pillows that are distributed free to women undergoing breast cancer treatment, drawstring bags we fill with personal care items for homeless vets, dolls we sew for kids undergoing cancer treatment, providing grants for local schools' art programs and providing Christmas gifts for families of Door of Hope transitional housing,
