Position Summary Responsibilities include effectively and safely performing various maintenance and repairs in accordance with company programs, policies, and guidelines. Must possess proficiencies in maintenance skills such as sheet rock repairs, paint, trim adjustment and repair, cabinet door/drawer install and adjustment, basic plumbing repairs, basic appliance repair, appliance install, fixture install, pool cleaner and basic maintenance. Self-motivated and able to work well in both crew and individual environments as needed with strong ownership of safety and quality. Requirements • Reliable transportation • Proof of eligibility to work in United States • Must be willing to work weekends • Minimum 2 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills (bilingual is plus) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical Requirements • Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend from trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects. • Lift objects of various dimensions and weights. • Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and power tools • Ability to operate hand controls with both hands. • Ability to operate foot pedals with both feet. • Ability to perform sustained overhead reaching. • Ability to use vibration tools. • Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather. • Ability to work in areas with the potential for high noise levels. • Ability to tolerate working at heights up to 9 feet or higher
